Refund Policy

Every theme from Enova Studio comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a theme is not the right fit for your site, we will refund your purchase, less the payment processing fee described below.

How to request a refund

Email hello@enova.studio from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of your purchase, and tell us which theme you bought. There are no forms to fill in and nothing to return. We may ask what did not work so we can improve the theme, but that is a request, not a condition of your refund.

What you get back

We refund the price you paid, minus the payment processing fee our provider charges on the original sale: 5% of the purchase price plus $0.50. That fee is charged at checkout and is not returned to us when a refund is issued, so it is deducted from the amount we can return.

Here is what that works out to for each of our themes:

• Miyus, $49: processing fee $2.95, refund $46.05
• Enova, $89: processing fee $4.95, refund $84.05
• Signal, $129: processing fee $6.95, refund $122.05
• Meridian, $149: processing fee $7.95, refund $141.05

If you bought at a discount or as part of a bundle, the same formula applies to the amount you actually paid.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days to your original payment method through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount on your statement.

Before you ask for a refund

If something is not working or you are stuck on setup, email us first at hello@enova.studio. We offer unlimited setup support and can usually resolve the issue quickly.

Scope

This policy applies to theme purchases made through enova.studio and LemonSqueezy checkout. LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record and handles the transaction and any applicable taxes.
