These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enova Studio website (enova.studio) and the products we sell. Enova Studio is based in Sri Lanka. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
Our products
Enova Studio sells premium themes for the Ghost content management system, along with related services. Products are delivered digitally.
Theme license
When you purchase a theme, you receive a single-site license, subject to the following terms:
- One production site. Each license covers one live production Ghost site, plus development and staging environments for that same site.
- Client work. Developers and agencies may use our themes for client projects. Each separate production client site requires its own license.
- Modification. Your purchase includes the theme source files. You may modify the theme for your own licensed site or client project.
- Lifetime updates. A license includes access to future updates for that theme, with a one-time payment and no recurring fees.
- Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme files or source code, and you may not make the theme available as part of any product, marketplace, or bundle other than your own licensed site or client project.
The theme files, source code, and design remain the intellectual property of Enova Studio. The license grants you the right to use them as described above; it does not transfer ownership.
Payments
Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our payment provider and merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and billing. By completing a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's buyer terms.
Refunds
Every theme is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our [Refund Policy].
Support
We provide email support for product issues and setup questions, and installation help on request, at hello@enova.studio. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or products unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our website, or to infringe our intellectual property rights.
Affiliate links
Our website and content may contain affiliate links, including to Ghost. If you sign up or make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay or our recommendations.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet every specific requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enova Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Ghost is a separate platform operated by the Ghost Foundation. Enova Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ghost Foundation, and is not responsible for the Ghost platform itself.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website and products will be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
